Built for my sister (and her purse calendar)

My sister runs a handmade business. For years, her entire operation lived in a coil-bound planner she carried in her purse — orders in the margins, receipts crammed in the back pocket, phone numbers on sticky notes, profit calculated "roughly, probably, let me see."

She's brilliant at the craft part. The business part was a stack of paper held together by coffee rings and hope. So I built her an app — something that fit on her phone, didn't need sign-up, didn't charge monthly, didn't pretend to be SAP. Something that a maker would actually use.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?
Yes, genuinely. The free tier covers 5 orders, 5 customers, 5 products, and 5 expenses — enough to fully test drive every part of the app. The price calculator, CSV exports, and calendar are free forever. Pro ($3.99/mo) unlocks unlimited tracking plus AI features like the receipt scanner.
Will it work for my platform?
Orders can be tagged by platform — Etsy, eBay, Facebook, In-Person, Website, or Other. Whether you sell on one platform or five, it handles it.
Is my data safe?
All data lives on your phone by default — I literally can't see it. If you upgrade to Pro and turn on Cloud Sync, your data is backed up to your own Google account (not mine). You own your data, always.
Do I need an iPhone?
Android only right now. An iOS version isn't planned for the immediate future — I'm one person, and doing one platform well comes before doing two platforms half-baked.
How is this different from Craftybase or Paper+Spark?
Those tools are powerful but expensive — $19–$39/mo and built for people who're already running a real operation. Crafty Planner is for the earlier stage: the part where your business still lives on a purse calendar, and you need something that meets you where you are.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are handled by Google Play — cancel from Play Store → Subscriptions anytime. You keep Pro access through the end of your billing period.
